Typical evidence required
- Clear photo of the unopened transport bag.
- Clear photo showing the condition of the livestock.
- Order number and delivery details.
Common exclusions
Late reporting, opened bags before evidence is taken, incorrect addresses, failed delivery attempts, safe-place delays, or parcels left unattended may affect cover. Weather extremes and courier handling may also require case-by-case review.
