Shipping Policy

We use a conservative dispatch approach for livestock and other time-sensitive orders. Shipment timing may be adjusted for weather, temperature spikes, courier disruption, bank holidays, or welfare concerns.

Livestock dispatch

• Livestock is normally dispatched Monday to Wednesday.
• Orders may be held during extreme hot or cold weather.
• Tracking is provided when available and linked inside the customer account area.

General delivery notes

Delivery estimates are estimates only, not guarantees. Customers are responsible for providing a safe delivery address and ensuring parcels are not left unattended for livestock deliveries.
