Orders

• Orders are subject to acceptance and stock availability.
• Livestock orders may be delayed, combined, or postponed where weather, courier performance, or welfare concerns make dispatch unsuitable.
• Compatibility and care guidance is offered as general information, not an absolute guarantee of results.

Livestock notes

Colour, sex ratio, size, and patterning can vary naturally. Small livestock groups may skew male or mixed, and exact female-to-male ratios should not be treated as guaranteed unless specifically sold that way.

Customer responsibilities

Customers should ensure someone is available to receive livestock deliveries promptly, that the delivery address is correct, and that the receiving aquarium is prepared and suitable.
